Access to hiring tools
We aim to make Hvac Connects usable by people with disabilities, including keyboard and assistive-technology users. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an improvement target; this is not a claim of certification or complete conformance.
Request help or report a barrier
Use Support → Accessibility assistance or email skilledcareconnect@gmail.com. Tell us which page or task is difficult, what happened, and your preferred way to receive assistance. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will review the issue and work with you on a practical way to access the service.
Employment accommodations
Employers are responsible for their hiring and workplace accommodation obligations. Use hiring messages to request an appropriate accommodation contact. Do not share medical records or detailed health information in public profiles, uploaded credentials or platform messages.
Third-party services
Sign-in and payments use third-party services. Tell us if you encounter an access barrier there so we can investigate with the provider. Their presence does not remove our commitment to help you use this service.
