Report unauthorized content
Use Support → Copyright / content removal, or email skilledcareconnect@gmail.com. Identify the content with its listing, profile, message or document identifier and explain your relationship to the rights holder. Do not forward private customer information, identity documents or confidential records. You may report other safety or privacy concerns through Support as well.
Copyright notices
A formal copyright notice should identify the copyrighted work (or a representative list), identify the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it, provide your contact details, include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law, and state that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights owner. Include a physical or electronic signature. Knowingly material misrepresentations may have legal consequences. The operators review notices and may request missing information.
Review and repeat infringement
We review reports, may restrict disputed content, and inform affected members where appropriate and lawful. We consider valid disputes and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We do not interfere with qualifying standard technical measures. Reporting content does not guarantee removal; an allegation is not a finding of infringement.
Disputes and counter-notifications
If your content was removed by mistake, contact Support with the original notice reference. Where the statutory DMCA process applies, a counter-notification must identify the removed material and its former location, include your signature, name, address and telephone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and the required consent to federal court jurisdiction and service of process. We may forward it to the original complainant as that process requires. Restoration under that process is generally no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after a valid counter-notification unless we receive notice of a qualifying court action. Do not submit a counter-notification without understanding that your details may be shared.
