The employer membership
The employer plan costs $80 USD per month and renews automatically until cancelled. The first payment is due when you subscribe; subsequent payments are due monthly on the renewal schedule displayed by Stripe. There is no free trial. Any legally applicable tax or additional amount must be disclosed before you authorize payment. Professional accounts are free.
What membership includes
An active paid employer membership enables new job postings, full professional profiles, applicant documents and messaging. It does not buy a hire, guarantee a response, certify qualifications, or pay a professional for work. Review your price and renewal terms before selecting Subscribe.
Cancel online
Open Privacy & account controls in the footer and select Cancel automatic renewal, or use Employer workspace → Membership → Manage billing. The privacy page remains accessible without renewed terms or an enabled workspace. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and preserves access until the end of your paid period. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that charge. No phone call is required. If you cannot access billing, contact Support promptly. Closing a browser or not using the account does not cancel a subscription.
Payment failures and access
If payment is incomplete, overdue, refunded, disputed, or the paid period expires, paid features may be restricted. Existing account records are retained subject to the Privacy notice. Update payment details through Manage billing. A payment status alone does not certify an employer or professional.
Refunds and billing disputes
Monthly payments are generally not prorated for unused time unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to an exception. Contact Support about duplicate, unauthorized or mistaken charges. We review requests in good faith. This policy does not limit statutory refund, chargeback or other non-waivable rights.
Changes and confirmation
We display renewal terms and obtain affirmative agreement before checkout. Stripe provides payment and billing records. Online cancellation also creates an in-app confirmation, and its result is displayed immediately; keep a copy for your records. Material price or plan changes will be disclosed in advance of the affected renewal, with the ability to cancel and any additional consent required by law.
